There are three research institutes, one measuring center and many specialized workshops in the fields of casting , welding, forging, metal sheet working ,heat and surface treatment, CNC machining and ordinary machining, testing and assembling .
NCGC has reached up to the advanced domestic level in the field of heat and surface treatment and welding of the materials such as aluminum, titanium, copper, stainless steel high-tensile steel and high temperature steel.
NCGC has several workshops which are specialized in all kinds of mechanical processing. There are about 330 sets of machines and equipment, among which 27 sets of CNC machines 127 sets of all kinds of lathe,13 sets of boring machines ,48 sets of grinding machines,57 sets of milling machines ,23 sets of drilling machines,5 sets of slotting machines,10 sets of all kinds of electrical discharge machines and 2 sets of electrochemical machining equipment, 12 sets of planning machines and one set of 1600 ton friction press machine for forgined parts. Using these machines. NCGC has the ability to machine not only ordinary materials but also the difficult-cutting materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloy and so on and, the accuracy of the machined products can reach up to micron level. NCGC also has the ability to machine all kinds of cutting tools measuring tools, dies and molds jig and fixtures. |
