Ankeny Temporary Services, LLC (ATS) began out of the desire to contribute to this community. Although from a larger market, the sole proprietor realizes that the need in Ames and Des Moines surrounding areas for personnel agency to fill a void left by other temporary agencies and placement agencies. ATS matches specifically skilled workers with clients, saving businesses time and money, while providing for it employees with honesty, and possible employee benefits. This requires a high level of communication. This means knowing the local market so ATS cab serve each client and employee, not just “sell” them our goods. ATS is a quality of service. The long-term vision includes a number of offices throughout Ames and Des Moines surrounding areas.
ATS mission is to contribute to the community by filling the need for temps, and contingent workers in the fields of clerical, light industrial, janitorial services along with general construction clean-up and, housekeeping, banquet service, and shipping and receiving in the general light industrial areas. The company will provide workers with safe and independent environment; it will also help provide businesses with a high-caliber of employee available for projects and permanent work. ATS listens to individual needs and customizes person solutions for both businesses and workers. We exist to attract and maintain customers and employees. When we adhere to this maximum, everything else will fall into place. Our services will exceed that expectation for our customers. |
