In 1996, Shanghai Chenfeng Industry Development Co., Ltd., dedicated in research and manufacturing of ultrasonic plastic welding equipment was established, with focus on plastic thermal welding, ultrasonic cleaning equipment etc.
In 2000, the production base of the company was established in Jiading District, Shanghai, that is “Shanghai Cunye Ultrasonic Equipment Co., Ltd”, and the company was further expanded. Since 2005, the production volume of ultrasonic welding machines has reached 3000 sets per year.
Independent research and testing of special welding machines is carried out now in house, after having a dedicated team of technically and professionally competent staff. The special welding machines include large-sized double horns or four-horn combined ultrasonic welders, civil construction grating line, ultrasonic cleaning line, large-sized hot plate welders, special welders for packing belts and special welders for filter core ends.
